About Me
Neon Plume ( Noah Payton ) is a Richmond based tattoo apprentice & Artist. After graduating VCUarts in 2022, He started working at Unkindness art Mid-2024 & transitioned to an apprenticeship in august of 2025.
Drawing & Painting have always been a massive part of his life. When he isn’t working on art, you can find him at your nearest wishing well. Tossing rocks to see how far they fall, hanging out with his two cats ( Adeline & Bandit ) or crocheting small plushies.

“Masters of Death” By Oliva Blake is one of my favorite fantasy books. It mixes fantasy, romance & yearning love in a fascinating & refreshing way.
